The crushing process of iron ore dressing:
There are many different technological processes for iron ore beneficiation according to the types and properties of ores. Ore dressing plants generally adopt three-stage crushing process, i.e. crushing, medium crushing and fine crushing, to crush iron ore. The jaw crusher is used for rough crushing and the conical crusher is used for medium and fine crushing. The crushed ore is then crushed into granularity suitable for entering the ball mill.
Iron ore is evenly sent to jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for rough breaking, material after rough breaking is fed by belt conveyor to crush cone crusher for further crushing, crushed material is transported to vibrating screen for screening, material that meets the requirement of finished product size is transported to finished product stack by belt conveyor; material that does not meet the requirement of finished product size is returned from vibrating screen for crushing. Or fine cone broken processing, forming a closed-circuit cycle. The granularity of finished products can be combined and graded according to the needs of users.
