PF Counterattack Brief Introduction:
PF series impact crusher is a product developed by Phoenix R&D Department combined with its own advantages. This product can crush all kinds of coarse, medium and fine materials (granite, limestone, concrete, etc.) whose particle size is not more than 500 mm and compressive strength is not more than 350 MPa. It has the characteristics of high crushing ratio, high crushing efficiency and convenient maintenance.
PF counter-breaking principle:
PF impact crusher is a kind of crushing machine which uses impact energy to crush materials. When it works, driven by the motor, the rotor rotates at a high speed. When the material enters the action area of the plate hammer, it is smashed by impact with the plate hammer on the rotor, and then thrown to the counterattack device again. Then it bounces back from the counterattack liner to the action area of the plate hammer and re-smashes again. This process repeats. The material enters the first, second, third and counterattack chambers from large to small, and then re-smashes until the object. The material is crushed to the required size and discharged from the outlet. By adjusting the clearance between the counterattack frame and the rotor, the grain size and shape of the material can be changed.
PF counter-breaking performance characteristics:
