Brief introduction of jaw crusher:
Jaw crusher is mainly used for medium size crushing of various ores and bulk materials. It can crush materials with compressive strength less than 320 Mpa, which can be divided into coarse crushing and fine crushing. This series of products have complete specifications, and the feeding granularity is 125 mm to 1200 mm. It is a primary crushing equipment.
Principle of jaw crusher:
No matter what kind of jaw crusher, its working mode is driven extrusion type, and its working principle is basically the same: motor drives belt and pulley, through eccentric axis makes jaw move up and down, when the jaw rises, the angle between elbow plate and jaw becomes larger, thus pushing the jaw plate to approach the fixed jaw plate, at the same time, the material is squeezed to achieve the purpose of crushing; when the jaw moves down, the angle between elbow plate and jaw becomes larger. The angle between elbow plate and movable jaw decreases. The movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of pull rod and spring. At this time, the broken material is discharged from the lower mouth of the crushing chamber. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the jaw of the crusher is crushed and discharged periodically to realize mass production.
