Single cylinder cone crusher integrates mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, automation and intelligent control technologies. It is a new type of efficient crusher independently developed and designed by Hengyuan China-Phoenix on the basis of summing up more than 20 years'experience in research, design, production, sales and service of crusher and combining with the development of modern industrial science and technology.
Principle of single cylinder cone crusher:
When the single cylinder cone crusher works, the motor drives the pinion of the crusher, the pinion drives the big gear, the big gear assembly (big gear, big gear frame, eccentric steel sleeve) drives the eccentric sleeve assembly (eccentric cylinder sleeve, eccentric copper sleeve) and the spindle assembly (spindle, inner cone, inner cone lining plate) take the theoretical vertical line as the center, rotate in the copper bush, and the spindle assembly takes the eccentric copper sleeve as the center. The center line of the spindle can rotate. When the airplane is running, the eccentric sleeve assembly "holds" the spindle assembly and rotates with the big gear. When the material is added to the crushing chamber, the spindle assembly (spindle, inner cone) rotates slowly in the eccentric copper sleeve under the resistance of the material. The trajectory of the inner cone seems to oscillate back and forth in the crushing chamber, while slowly rotating. The material is crushed by the swinging inner cone. When metal blocks and other non-fragile objects fall into the crusher, the dynamic cone of the single cylinder is supported by the bottom hydraulic piston, which plays the role of adjusting the discharge outlet and protecting the iron passage, repeatedly lifting and removing blockage.
Characteristics of single cylinder cone crusher:
1. Spindle support at both ends
The spindle is floating and supported at both ends. It has large bearing capacity, compact structure and reliable and stable operation.
2. Dust-proof sealing system
Positive pressure dustproof device can effectively prevent lubricant pollution and damage bearings, prolong the service life of lubricants and equipment.
3. Driving system
The transmission system is designed with spiral bevel gears, which has high bearing capacity, stable transmission and low noise.
4. Optimum design of frame
With the new arm arrangement, the force is more uniform, and the impact wear of material on the upper frame is effectively avoided. The use of non-destructive testing and acceptance makes the overall strength of the body higher, improves the reliability of the operation of the equipment, and prolongs the service life of the whole machine.
5. Steep cone type moving cone
The moving taper is steeper and the material passing capacity is higher.
6. Full hydraulic system adjusts discharge port and overpass protection device
HD series single cylinder conical crusher adopts the structure of combination of spindle floating and hydraulic lifting control. It integrates the adjustment of discharge port and overload protection function. While ensuring the performance, it simplifies the crusher structure. Compared with other types of conical crusher, no additional discharge port adjustment device and iron-passing protection device are added, which makes the structure of the equipment simpler and adds more installation. Reliability of standby operation.
7. Advanced sliding bearing design
The sliding bearing adopts a special oil wedge design, which forms a stable lubricating oil film on the contact surface between the spindle and the bearing, avoids direct friction, reduces the calorific value and prolongs the service life of the bearing.
8. Safe and reliable insurance system.
High pressure design is adopted to meet the low pressure requirement. The equipment has a higher pressure margin when it is in normal operation, which improves the reliability of the hydraulic system and ensures timely alarm when the machine is overloaded.
